This cozy hide-a-way is within walking distance to our llama farm, is about one mile from the Appalachian Trail, and Hightower Creek flows right by the front porch. Guests will be able to visit our llamas and alpacas at the farm, offer them Alfalfa Treats and take pictures of the thrilling experience.
The cabin is situated on Hightower Creek in a quiet and rural neighborhood about 8 miles east of Hiawassee. Except for the laundry and bathrooms, all of the walls and floors are finished with knotty pine, giving it a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. The front porch is spacious with plenty of room for sitting in one of our rocking chairs and enjoying the views of the creek, neighbor's pasture, and mountains in the background.

Accomodations This cabin will comfortably sleep 4 people. The master bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, and there are twin beds in the loft. With two full bathrooms, there should be no waiting line. Sheets and towels are all included.
The kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from heating a quick snack in the microwave to preparing a full dinner. Cookware, dishes and utensils are all included. This new cabin also includes a washer & dryer, a gas fireplace, dishwasher, satellite TV, telephone, wireless internet, ice maker, and a gas BBQ grill. The driveway and parking area are newly paved for convenience and easy access. The front porch is all covered so you can relax in one of our rocking chairs and enjoy the view in any weather.
This cabin is not designed for small children. It has not been "child-proofed" and we do not supply any toys or games.

Cleaning fee: $75, except $50 for 1-2 guests using only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Reservation deposit: $100 - this becomes the Damage Deposit after the accomodations are paid for.
Damage deposit: $100 - Gladly REFUNDED after cabin is cleaned and inspected with no damage found.

Two night minimum stay except 3-night minimum stay on Holiday weekends.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older, and must be a member of the guest party.
